What is Sublimation?
Sublimation refers to a high quality digital printing process that uses heat, pressure, and time to transfer dye directly into a material. The ink turns into a gas and bonds with the material at a molecular level, so the design becomes part of the item rather than a layer sitting on top of it.
Because sublimation embeds the dye into the material and skips the liquid stage, the print resists cracking and peeling, and the design can retain its color through multiple washes.
